Senior Mechanical Technician – Nuclear Refueling Outage

Key Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical maintenance and overhaul activities
• Support dismantling, inspection and reassembly works
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Follow outage schedules and maintenance procedures
• Ensure compliance with HSE and nuclear safety requirements
• Support rotating equipment and general mechanical maintenance activities



Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of mechanical maintenance experience
• Previous shutdown/refueling outage experience
• Power plant or heavy industrial experience
• Ability to work in shift-based outage environments
• Good English communication skills

Strongly Preferred

• Previous Barakah Nuclear Power Plant experience
• APR1400 exposure
• GCC power generation experience
• Nuclear outage experience

Internal Sourcing Constraints

• Prioritize candidates with previous Barakah site experience
• Prioritize candidates previously mobilized on GCC nuclear or power projects
• Avoid sourcing candidates from nationalities historically facing Barakah clearance restrictions
• Preferred sourcing regions: India, South Africa, Philippines and GCC-experienced expatriates
