- Plan completion projects, design artificial lift systems (ESP, PCP, gas lift), manage stimulation, workover, intervention and abandonment operations.
- Provide support, manage contracts, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, implement innovation, manage risks (MOC), prepare reports and ensure technical integration.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree. Minimum 10 years experience.
- Expertise in completions, stimulation, and artificial lift.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- SAP and engineering tools.
