Main tasks:
- To adopt and to demonstrate exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE, to respect Project HSE requirements/regulations and to ensure implementation of HSE rules.
- To ensure that the design is developed until start-up in line with the Statement of Requirements.
- To review and perform facilities process engineering studies & design, safety and technical reviews/audits and materials PO.
- To set up and maintain work plans with the engineering contractor (if applicable; otherwise with internal organisation) to have all deliverables issued on time as per project schedule constraint.
- To participate in the necessary technical arbitration in the electrical engineering in the event of conflicts of opinion, keeping all parties informed
- To report to the engineering manager regularly and when decisions impacting the works or Engineering must be taken.
- Ensure that reviews and comments of contractor’s documents are performed in due time.
- To propose actions as required for the proper execution of the activities under his/her responsibility.
- To ensure confidentiality of all the documentation produced (whatever its support)
