Offshore Logistics Coordinator

The scope of Services includes

• Providing offshore logistics coordination and supervision in support of the GranMorgu Development Project and associated offshore operations.
• Acting as the Company focal point offshore for the coordination of marine, aviation and cargo logistics activities.
• Coordinating personnel transportation, cargo transportation, vessel schedules and logistics priorities between offshore installations and the onshore logistics organization.
• Ensuring the efficient utilization of logistics resources, including supply vessels, helicopters, cargo carrying units (CCUs), bulks.
• Coordinating logistics interfaces between Operations, Drilling, HSE, Contractors onboard the RIG.
• Supporting safe, compliant and cost-effective execution of offshore logistics activities in accordance with Company standards and procedures.
• Monitoring logistics, operational readiness and potential constraints, while ensuring continuity of offshore operations.

Specific Activities:

HSE:

The designated CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL will be required to:

• Promote and enforce the Company HSE culture offshore.
• Ensure compliance with Company logistics standards, marine and aero procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections, safety meetings.
• Support emergency response activities and act as logistics focal point for offshore logistics support during emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with Company requirements.
• Initiate and manage logistics-related Management of Change processes when required.

Operational

The designated CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL will be required to:

• Act as the offshore logistics representative and maintain continuous coordination with the onshore logistics team.
• Coordinate cargo movements and offshore logistics priorities.
• Interface with vessel masters, helicopter crew, drilling supervisors, contractors and offshore teams to ensure efficient logistics execution.
• Coordinate loading and discharge operations.
• Ensure cargo manifests, pre-manifests and logistics records are properly maintained and updated in KABAL.
• Monitor offshore inventories for CCUs and communicate anticipated shortages.
• Coordinate offshore helicopter logistics activities and ensure compliance with aviation procedures and operational requirements.
• Participate in daily operational meetings and logistics coordination meetings.
• Ensure Company logistics procedures are consistently implemented offshore.

Work Scheme Conditions (WSC):

Status of designated CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL

• Rotational 4/4 (4 weeks on/ 4 weeks off), based on seven (7) days worked per week, with twelve (12) hours of work per day.

Services Location:

• The Services shall be performed in Paramaribo, offshore onboard a RIG.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, marine logistics coordination or offshore support activities, material management.
• Experience supporting drilling, completion, construction or offshore production operations.
• Knowledge of offshore cargo logistics, vessel operations, manifests and material tracking processes.
• Experience with logistics planning and logistics management systems (KABAL or equivalent).
• Valid offshore medical certification.
• BOSIET certification preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Strong coordination, communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary offshore operations teams.
