Contractor's Personnel is accountable for the following activities:
Guarantee the implementation of a quality policy ensuring the operability, maintainability, reliability and safety of the new production facilities.
Ensure successful integration of the new equipment or facilities in the Al Shaheen Field.
To cover all Operations related topics within projects, including Operability, Reliability and Maintainability
Activities
Compliance with the HSE instructions, rules and procedures in force for compliance with the HSE contractual clauses and other documents governing ties with the contractors
Intervene and coordinate on any HSE concern or issue with HSE team, and to immediately report to superintendent and HSE team in case of any accident/incident happened
Support and enforce the Project HSEQ management system (charters, objectives, directives, plans, procedures, specifications, …)
Actively embed and enforce COMPANY HSEQ philosophies at all levels of project execution (Project team and EPC Contractors) through pro-active attitude (site tour management, HSEQ meetings, incentives actions,…)
Monitor work activities, especially potential areas where unsafe acts could occur, and ensure that risks have been properly identified and assessed prior to work execution (Job Safety Analysis).
Participate in HAZOPs and Risk Assessments and 3D Model reviews for installation and construction activities associated with Projects
Interface with the Commissioning Manager and Site Commissioning Teams (especially during preparation phase) to facilitate Offshore Execution
Participates to HAZOP, HAZID, PRs, JRA as required
Contribute to Operability/Maintainability studies and provide support to key MIEC processes
Support development of main Operating Procedures for Field Operations to ensure they are fit for purpose, aligned with current FOPS practices and delivered in a timely fashion
Identify and develop training for Field Ops stakeholders as required for new facilities.
Represent Project FOPS at FAT of some main/critical equipment
Ensure adequacy of projects design basis with existing ALS Field bottlenecks or their coherence with identified debottlenecking actions.
Supervise Site Operations Teams during installation, commissioning activities and start-up
Prepare adequate feedback (REX, Return of EXperience) at the end of each Project
Qualifications & Experience Required
Minimum education level: BSc in Engineering discipline
Operations profile with Field experience and previous experience gained in Production Operations and Projects positions (2 to 5 years minimum). Knowledge of Al Shaheen Field preferred.
Familiar with Production, Process and Flow Assurance Engineering.
Familiar with COMPANY standards, MANASA and relevant codes and standards preferred
Computer literate,
Good communication and transverse skills,
Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
Good analytical skills,
Available for frequent missions to EPCIC Contractor and Vendor sites
Mandatory language is English & Local language based on EPC location (Mandarin for WHP and CPP, Korean for CPP
