Key Result Areas (Key Accountabilities)
1.
Accountable for directing contractors on
all assigned platforms to carryout maintenance activities in accordance with
approved procedures and manufacturer’s recommendations. Carry out a variety
of operational tasks, including No Flow
Test, Abnormal Casing Pressure (ACP) diagnostic, Monitoring SCADA / Distributed
Control System / Emergency Shutdown Procedure, NORM testing, Echo enter
usage, control system, implementing routing checks on platforms as per
operators checklist on daily and weekly basis.
2.
Participate in and conduct formal training
sessions, provide guidance and on the job training to new Production Operators.
3.
Undertake & execute work procedures as
per company policy and in line with Company core behaviors
4.
Provide accurate and clear communications
to the Production Supervisor and keep in regular contact with the platform to
control and provide information on ongoing production conditions, performance
and maintenance program.
5.
Understand the company’s Emergency
Response Procedures & be bable to perform emergency response duties and
tasks as and when required.
6.
Good knowledge of the preparation and
completion of MCDR (Mechanical Corrosion Damage Reports), CAF (Change
Approval Form) and ORA (Operational Risk Assessment).
7.
Maintain a list of Work Orders (WO), track Oracle backlog, raise work order
requests to ensure a timely follow up on routine maintenance work.
8.
Carry out crane operation for routine
lifts from the boat/platform.
9.
Control and authorise access within the area
of responsibility to engineering, inspection, maintenance, and /or facilities
staff under the Permit to Work (PTW) system requirements and guidelines.
10.
Undertake the final inspection at the
completion of all works, ensuring the works have been completed satisfactory
to the scope and PTW requirements; all tools, materials and debris removed;
where applicable, determine that the equipment / system is deemed to be
worthy of returning to service; and execute the closure of the PTW and work
request.
11.
Understand, monitor and intervene where
necessary to ensure the safe, efficient and effective operation of wells and
process equipment. Ensures safety system is fully functional. Eliminate
unnecessary production loss and process upset by taking timely corrective
action.
12.
Work
towards completion of Competency Development Assurance (CDA) profile.
13.
Participate in STAR safety programme and
report all safe and unsafe acts, behaviours and conditions.
