Valve Supervisor – Nuclear Refueling Outage

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise valve maintenance teams during outage execution
• Coordinate dismantling, inspection, refurbishment and reassembly activities
• Ensure compliance with outage schedules and QA/QC requirements
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance planning
• Ensure strict HSE and nuclear safety compliance
• Coordinate work allocation and team productivity
• Interface with outage management and client representatives

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of valve maintenance experience
• Previous outage/shutdown experience
• Supervisory experience required
• Experience with MOV, AOV, manual and check valves
• Strong English communication skills
• Power plant or nuclear experience preferred

Strongly Preferred

• Previous Barakah outage experience
• APR1400 reactor experience
• GCC power generation or nuclear experience
• Experience with Limitorque, Velan, Edward valves or equivalent systems

Internal Sourcing Constraints

• Prioritize candidates with previous Barakah outage experience
• Prioritize candidates already cleared for Barakah site
• Avoid sourcing candidates from nationalities historically facing Barakah clearance restrictions
• Preferred sourcing regions: India, South Africa, Philippines and GCC-based expatriates
