Job Responsibilities
- Lead and promote a strong HSE culture across all site activities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements and operational procedures.
- Coordinate contractors, service providers and field personnel to maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily operations, troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions when required.
- Contribute to drilling program execution and contractor performance management.
Key Requirements
- EU National
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Onshore Oil & Gas or Deep Geothermal Operations.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Continental Europe.
- IWCF Level 4 certificate.
- OPITO H2S, MIST or BOSIET.
- OEUK medical certificate.
Leadership & HSE Competencies
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong risk management and contingency skills.
- Committed to health, safety, security, and environmental standards.
