Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead our on-site operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, preferably in the construction and engineering industry. He will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Project Manager will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

Project Manager requirements

• Contractor shall assign a dedicated Contractor’s Project Managers at each designated offices / location to handle the overall management, administration, and day-to-day operational aspects of the Work with Company through daily communication in Company’s offices, including all commercial and contractual matters as well as the overall high-level coordination works, management and control of Contractor’s inhouse personnel at Company’s offices, for the performance and/or supply of the Work.
• Contractor’s Project Managers shall have the authority of Contractor’s head office as well as the authority to make real-time decisions necessary to progress the work.
• Contractor’s Project Managers shall act as the responsible person and interface between Company and Contractor for the entire duration of the Contract.
• Company’s prior approval is required for the assignment of such Contractor’s Project Managers.
