Project Logistics Manager – France

Contract Details

• Location: France (Kuehne + Nagel Headquarters)
• Start Date: Mid-December 2025
• Duration: Minimum 24 months
• Project: Construction of an LNG Plant (LNG Train) in Oman

Position Objective

Lead and coordinate all international freight forwarding operations for the construction of a large-scale LNG facility in Oman. This position requires strong expertise in complex project logistics, compliance, and international coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all international transport flows (sea, air, multimodal) from global suppliers to the construction site in Oman
• Define and implement optimal logistics strategies for standard and out-of-gauge equipment (heavy lift, oversize cargo)
• Manage interfaces with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs, shipping companies, and project stakeholders
• Monitor logistics KPIs, control costs, and anticipate risks
• Collaborate closely with the Project Logistics Manager based in Oman to ensure seamless coordination of global and local operations
• Draft and maintain project logistics documentation and ensure full compliance with contractual and customs requirements

Profile Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project logistics, ideally within the LNG or Oil & Gas industry
• Solid background in freight forwarding project operations, heavy and oversize cargo, Incoterms, and customs procedures
• Previous exposure to LNG trains or LNG plant projects is a strong asset
• Professional English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-pressure environments
