Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and experienced Pipe Fabricators to join a leading company in the Oil & Gas Downstream industry. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact construction and commissioning projects, working within a dynamic and safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble piping systems based on isometric drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Conduct precise cutting, bending, and welding of pipes to meet project dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform pre-fabrication and on-site installation of piping sections in accordance with project requirements.
- Ensure all fabricated components comply with relevant international codes and standards such as API, ASME, BS, and DIN.
- Collaborate with engineers, welders, and site supervisors to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental protocols during all fabrication and installation activities.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure fabrication quality prior to assembly.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe, functional condition.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in pipe fabrication and installation within refinery or petrochemical plant environments.
- Proven ability to read and interpret isometric drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications.
- Strong knowledge of pipe welding techniques and use of fabrication tools and machinery.
- Familiarity with international piping codes and standards (API, ASME, BS, DIN).
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering work that meets quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid welding certification is preferred.
