Outage Planner / Scheduler – Nuclear Refueling Outage

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain outage schedules
  • Coordinate maintenance planning activities
  • Track outage progress and critical paths
  • Support reporting and schedule optimization
  • Coordinate with maintenance and outage teams
  • Ensure alignment with outage milestones and deadlines

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years planning/scheduling experience
  • Previous shutdown/refueling outage experience
  • Experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
  • Power generation or nuclear background
  • Strong reporting and coordination skills
  • Good English communication skills

Strongly Preferred

  • APR1400 reactor exposure
  • GCC nuclear or power generation experience
  • Experience on large-scale outage campaigns

Internal Sourcing Constraints

  • Prioritize candidates with previous Barakah outage experience
  • Prioritize candidates already mobilized on GCC nuclear projects
  • Avoid sourcing candidates from nationalities historically facing Barakah clearance restrictions
  • Preferred sourcing regions: South Africa, Eastern Europe, India and GCC-based expatriates
