Offshore Wind T&I Contract Engineer

Missions / Service Dimensions

The service holder shall:

HSE & Ethics Compliance

• Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding HSSE policies and Company Code of Conduct.
• Ensure implementation of HSSE requirements within all contractual documentation and processes.

Contract Preparation & Tendering

• Prepare comprehensive Call for Tender dossiers including specifications and exhibits.
• Manage clarification and negotiation phases.
• Evaluate contractual and commercial proposals and prepare final Recommendations to Award (RTA).
• Finalize contractual documentation and follow-up on commitment processes using internal ERP tools (e.g., UNISOL).

Contract Management & Administration

• Administer awarded contracts in coordination with technical teams.
• Manage contractual changes and Change Order processes, including internal approvals.
• Support Contractor remuneration processes: milestone verification, invoice validation.
• Participate in Contractor meetings and support resolution of potential disputes with Legal/Finance.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and complete records of contractual matters.
• Monitor and control key contractual dates and obligations.
• Support Budget & Cost Control teams on budget development and updates.
• Highlight contractual risks and potential claims to the Company representative.
• Prepare contract close-out reports per project procedures.

Confidentiality

• Maintain strict confidentiality over contractual and commercial information.

Technical Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Engineering, Commerce, or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in offshore wind, with strong focus on T&I contracts
• Solid expertise in contract writing, negotiation, and legal frameworks
• Experience managing multi-package offshore EPC contracts
• Fluent in English
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to synthesize complex issues
