Business Analyst – Mobility Solutions

Main Responsibilities

• Business analysis: Gather and analyze stakeholders’ needs, identify internal and external constraints, and assess potential impacts on existing systems and procedures.
• Process mapping & modeling: Document and model current and target business processes in alignment with the company’s vision, strategy, and objectives.
• Specifications: Draft functional and technical specifications.
• Optimization: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and propose adapted solutions.
• Decision support: Provide structured input for informed decision-making.

Project Context

Since 2022, the client has launched a transformation program focused on efficiency, energy transition, and workplace well-being.

• After initial analysis and pilot phases in 2023, the company reorganized operations in 2024, introducing new structures and centralized planning.
• In 2025, the initiative was expanded to cover the entire organization, auditing all departments and identifying further improvement opportunities.

The Management Committee has since decided to focus transformation efforts on four key priorities:

• Planning
• Mobility
• Supply chain
• Procure-to-pay process

These initiatives aim to strengthen long-term efficiency and prepare the company for future energy challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Business Skills

• Lean experience: 1-2 years (junior level).
• Experience in efficiency analysis & process optimization: 1-2 years.
• Business analysis: 1-2 years.
• PMO (Program Management Officer) experience.

Sector Knowledge

• Previous experience with a Distribution System Operator (DSO): minimum 6 months.

General Skills

• Master’s degree (or equivalent).
• Fluent French - level C2 (mandatory).
