Role
Responsible for the safe start-up and performance validation of ammonia production units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commissioning and start-up of ammonia plants (Haber-Bosch process)
- Perform system checks, loop stabilization and performance testing
- Coordinate with construction and pre-commissioning teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Support transition to operations
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience in commissioning industrial process plants
- Deep understanding of ammonia synthesis loop and hydrogen integration
- Ability to troubleshoot complex process issues
Ammonia Focus
- Direct experience on ammonia or fertilizer plants is mandatory
- Knowledge of compressors, reformers, synthesis converters
- Handling of high-pressure systems and toxic environments (NH3)
