CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL is accountable for the following activities:
Provides safe, efficient and cost-effective logistics services to COMPANY for Material Logistics onshore and offshore operations, according to COMPANY standards.
The position will be based in the COMPANY premises with frequent missions to local yard and/or logistic bases as required.
ACTIVITIES

Onshore yard focal point (for COMPANY/CONTRACTOR/Vendor) with COMPANY warehouse.
Ensure site material reception is performed according to planned material delivery from CONTRACTOR or Vendor, performing offshore demands Vs Onshore dispatch through MRF.
Follow and execute HSE policies as per COMPANY procedure on CONTRACTOR yards in coordination with HSE department.
Inspection and release of CCU’s, Equipment for offshore dispatch, making sure that EPC CONTRACTOR follows COMPANY lifting and logistics procedure.
Free Issue material: SAP, coordination with QAQC, C&P and COMPANY warehouse.
Temporary Equipment Management - inspection and load out approval.
Review EPC CONTRACTOR loading plan and manifest.
MP material issuance, Receipts and sending offshore / to & from COMPANY warehouse.
Liaising with COMPANY Freight Forwarding team for any importation document endorsement.
CONTRACTOR importation customs fees verification and obtain endorsements of relevant documents.
Focal point of MP SAP process and material handling.
Material register, monitoring OSD & NCR and other QAQC COMPANY documents.
Weekly activities report to Lead, Projects Logistics
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Diploma or Technical certificate in discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Offshore Oil and Gas industry (Drilling, Production, Projects and Construction) in a similar role.
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with IT system (SAP) & Material Handling.
Thorough knowledge of Loading, offloading & Lifting
Proficiency in shipping documentation and customs clearance processes.
Adaptability, Problem solving, Communication skills with numerous entities, flexible and firm in terms of Respect of HSE rules.
Decision making, urgencies.
Proficient MS Office
SAP Trained
KABAL Experience preferred
Mandatory language is English & Local language based on EPC location (Mandarin for WHP and CPP, Korean for CPP)
