Responsibilities
- Handle tickets, make a first troubleshooting activities linked to client’s troubleshooting procedures and perform all exchanges related to the tickets
- Perform upgrades
- Recover the troubled network elements or service with the help of Global Support channels if necessary
- On-Site availability on ad-hoc demand as needed for faulty Hardware replacements for lab testing and fault tracing with local SIM.
- Technical advice supplied to customer teams and initiation of required follow-up activities
- Technical support to customer teams during specific maintenance activities in the network requiring troubleshooting capabilities
- Ensure on-call duty for emergencies and critical issues
- Reporting of troubleshooting and/or planned intervention
