Lead and provide guidance to a team of cost control and contract administration professionals during project start-up and execution.
Lead participation in procurement processes to review technical scopes, volumes, execution strategies, and technical analysis in coordination with user departments and SCM.
Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle including planning, execution, control, certification, modifications, and closure. Conduct follow-up meetings with suppliers and internal teams.
Prepare purchase requisitions (SOLPED), purchase orders, service orders and HES/HEM. Ensure proper cost allocation and accounting structure.
Participate in budgeting and annual procurement planning.
Ensure SAP cost management. Monitor future expenditure forecasts and deviations.
Validate invoicing.
Coordinate with suppliers, SCM, Finance.
Manage contract changes.
Ensure document control and data integrity. Participate in audits.
Capture lessons learned.
Manage contract close-out.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas.
Experience in cost control and contract management.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
Experience in SAP required; Spotfire, Power BI, Primavera, OpenWells preferred.
