Operation Readiness Lead

Responsibilities

Role responsibilities cover but are not limited to:

• Define the Operations Readiness activity plan to meet client's Redevelopment Project goals and follow up execution.
• Define a robust plan to properly manage the commissioning & start-up of the new facilities to achieve a successful first cycle of operation, minimize early costs and avoid production losses due to brownfield modifications.
• Develop a systematic process for checking operational readiness and the integrity of systems before they are brought into service.
• Ensure the development and application of competency assurance system, fully structured in content and schedule, which guarantees that personnel are trained and competent in preparation of commissioning and start-up.
• Ensure preparation of required operating documentation: manuals, procedures, etc.
• Ensure the implementation of properly prioritized Maintenance & Asset Integrity Management Systems which apply best industry practice of minimum intervention, are risk based and address and integrate long-term asset integrity, HS&E and process safety compliance assurance.
• Actively participate in HAZIDs, HAZOPs, SIL-LOPA assessments, etc. ensuring that a risk-based approach is embedded in all project phases and controls are in place to ensure residual risk is ALARP.
• Liaise with Production Operations team to deliver all the existing facilities inputs required for the detail engineering.
• Provide guidance and consultation for client's Redevelopment Project.
• Champions a positive process safety leadership culture onsite.
