Mechanical Planning Engineer

Scope

Plan, schedule, and optimize maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance plans (preventive & corrective)
• Prepare job plans, materials, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams
• Monitor KPIs (downtime, backlog, efficiency)
• Utilize CMMS for planning and reporting



Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in maintenance planning (oil & gas preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CMMS (SAP, Maximo, etc.)
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Fluent in English
