Scope
Plan, schedule, and optimize maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage maintenance plans (preventive & corrective)
- Prepare job plans, materials, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams
- Monitor KPIs (downtime, backlog, efficiency)
- Utilize CMMS for planning and reporting
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in maintenance planning (oil & gas preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CMMS (SAP, Maximo, etc.)
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
