Job Title : Maintenance Electrical Engineer (Method / Planning)

Assignment       : Maintenance Department

Mission:

With the frame work, the job holder is responsible for:

·      Compliance with Health, Safety and Environment rules and regulations

·      Plan, manage and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities of electrical equipment in ERP (CMMS) in alignment with Regulation (APE), Standard, Procedure, Guideline and Manual

·      Maintenance operations troubleshooting to support field operations

·      Coordinate with Manufacturer to provide advice and solution regarding electrical maintenance operations

·      Root cause analysis for long-term solutions and clear all pending corrective actions

·      Continuous improvement and optimization maintenance activities

·      Be responsible for electrical equipment preventive maintenance service contract management

·      Prepare planed budget and revised budget for electrical maintenance activities

·      Supervise and ensure that maintenance operation activities are conducted in compliance with field operation procedures, HSE rules and regulation at site

·      Interpret reliability data to identify corrective actions to maintain and improve plant integrity and availability

·      Responsible for supporting the overall operation of the plant power system and maintain power system availability and reliability

·      Responsible for electrical safety in operation and maintenance and deploy Electrical Safety Rules

·      Raise, engineering and execution the simple modification in GBRS Management of Change (MOC) procedure if required by maintenance operation

·      Spare Part Management, New stock spare parts creation (DMS) and stock parameters review on yearly basis to ensure that a critical spares stockholding policy is in place and functioning

·      Shutdown management for all electrical activities e.g. switching program (blackout plan), collect electrical requirement from other parties, etc.

·      Maintain Explosion Protected Equipment management as required by ATEX/IEC standard

·      Prepare Contract Strategy/specification/scope of work/commercial model/technical evaluation criteria and purchase requisition in ERP for electrical maintenance activities

• Technical evaluation of various electrical spare part offer and electrical service offer
• Prepare Internal Recommendation (IR) and justification in case of direct negotiated procurement
• Technical receiption and monitoring of technical compliance of purchase
• Updating of technical files in collaboration with the codificator / Cataloguer
• Collaboration in the establishment of specifications
• Verification and update of items associated with the equipment (via CMMS)
• Update client maintenance related document (standard, procedure, guideline, etc.) on yearly basis as required by Technical department
• Coordinate with Technical department to prepare ARH document for repair of 5.5KV and 11KV electrical equipment as required by local regulation.

Special Requirments on the position:

1-     Background : Electrical Engineering and maintenance

2-     Work Regime : 4X4 weeks rotaion. 12hr/day (including 2 hr lunch break)

3-     Travel : Wellsite, logistics, BVS, CPF, industrial and living base

4-     Physical & Intellectual Effort: Yes

Position Requirments Background:

1-    Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering

2-     Additional training: CMMS or ERP, Electrical Safety, ATEX equipment

3-     Professional experience: 07 Years in Engineering and/or Maintenance in Oil&Gas Industry

Major competency:

1-    KNOWLEDGE: Electrical equipment and installation knowledge, Supply chain process,

2-    KNOW-HOW: Exploitation of the CMMS system, research, archiving and documentation

3-    KNOWLEDGE OF BEING: Communication and Motivation
