CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL is accountable for the following activities:
Provides safe, efficient and cost-effective logistics services to COMPANY for offshore operations, according to COMPANY standards.
Reports to the Onshore Operations Engineer as a hierarchical report. Daily Operational report will be CPY CSR on each location.
ACTIVITIES
Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and COMPANY HSE standards.

Actively participate in COMPANY safety awareness and initiative schemes.

Reporting offshore logistic activities.
Maintain COMPANY offshore rotation plan as per offshore CSR requests and liaise with Onshore
Personnel Log for changes follow up.
Dawinci focal point to support all chopper movements with CONTRACTOR/COMPANY including verification of Dawinci documentation.
Conduct the safe offloading and loading of materials as well as the safe transfer of personnel on and off supply vessels.
Record and monitor shipping/good & CCU movements using COMPANY approved documentation and IT systems with approved procedures and guidelines
Review of CONTRACTOR’s Plan for day-to-day cargo operations: MR request, vendor delivery, loading and offloading of cargo and vessel movements.
Review inbound and outbound cargo manifest and ensure effective communication with COMPANY offshore team.
Review with EPC CONTRACTOR the Material Master Report and participate to prioritize offshore delivery.
Daily communication with Onshore COMPANY Log team, CONTRACTOR Offshore Log Coordinator.
Compile CONTRACTOR chopper seat occupancy weekly report for PMT.
Liaising with COMPANY agents for PAX offshore mobilization based on Rota Plan.
POB verification & compliance with daily reporting.
Participate in the change of planning of logistics operations according to urgencies and nonplanned events on site while ensuring coordination with other entities.
Facilitate inter-field transfers based on requirements.
Ensure site material reception is performed according to planned material delivery from CONTRACTOR or Vendor
Coordinate with COMPANY Logistics base for the movement of material through the COMPANY Logistics base or if OPS require movement of material through CONTRACTOR’s base if required.
Daily Logistics Movements
Personnel tracking: delay in mobilization, monitoring problems.
Material register, monitoring OSD & NCR, CCU Tracking
Weekly activities report to Lead, Projects Logistics
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Diploma
Logistics operations with Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics for Oil and Gas industry (Drilling, Production, Projects and Construction)
Operational Position, need to be constantly on the Field, Decision making, urgencies.
Good knowledge of Logistics means involved in the Oil and Gas activity (Marine Vessels, Lifting Handling Equipment) and international standards linked to Lifting Handling, Marine
Transportation and HSE
Adaptability, Problem solving, Communication skills with numerous entities, flexible and firm in terms of Respect of HSE rules.
Mandatory language is English & Local language based on EPC location (Mandarin for WHP and CPP, Korean for CPP)
