Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to and from sites and facilities.
- Manage daily logistics operations, including fleet scheduling, route planning, and transport documentation.
- Ensure compliance with national and international transportation and safety regulations.
- Liaise with transport service providers to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and route optimization.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and production teams to align delivery timelines with project needs.
- Maintain accurate records of transport activities, including freight documentation, reports, and audits.
- Troubleshoot transportation delays or disruptions, and implement solutions swiftly.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven experience in logistics or transportation coordination, preferably in the oil and gas upstream sector.
- Proficiency in project management and logistics planning.
- In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and safety compliance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics management software.
- Fluent in English; Portuguese or French is a plus.
