Lead, manage, integrate, control and follow-up the Planning & Performance Management system supporting RKF Asset to successfully delivery Operational Excellence and RKF Asset objectives according to the E&P strategy.
Front-line interface with the different stakeholders within the RKF, both internal and external, supporting the RKF Asset Manager in the day-to-day management.
General Responsibilities
Role model leadership and support for HSEQ culture
Work as part of the Algeria Production Unit (RKF Asset) Leadership Team to implement a Planning system; Identify, plan and integrate the costs, timings and resources (CTR) of the Production Unit, supporting the RKF Asset Manager to deliver Unit objectives and propose actions to reallocate CTR as required.
Monitor the production activities planned for projects and operations for RKF to provide a detailed and integrated view which will support RKF Asset Manager in the identifications of priorities and conflicts.
Create and monitor a Performance system to measure, track, benchmark and report operational business efficiency (KPI indicators) of the RKF Asset, identifying best practices, gaps and continuous improvements, making proposals to the RKF Asset Manager to achieve the delivery of operational excellence.
Ensure the quality of the Investment Proposals for production made within his/her area of responsibility and the correct identification of the planning, resources/staffing, management, follow-up and execution activities to achieve a successful outcome in time and budget.
Interface with Technical teams located in RKF operations/fields (internal and external stakeholders) -Production, Planning and Maintenance groups, Wells, Surface and Subsurface teams- to integrate quality and timely their technical out RKF Assets into the Business Planning Exercise and align the RKF Asset with E&P Strategy and long-term planning.
Interface with other Function in Algerian operated unit to incorporate RKF Asset production activities and performance information into the E&P overview.
Ensure Business Risk is embedded in the RKF Asset Strategy.
Use of Digital/Data Management best practices.
Work as part of a dedicated production or maintenance support team, or as part of a specific project support team as required. May have the requirement to travel to production installations to give on-site support as needed.
Accountable for
Management of Planning and Performance system tools.
Prepare and keep up to date all relevant docs for the control and follow-up of the RKF Asset activity plans and performance.
Define, lead and coordinate the integration process of all technical departments across the RKF Asset to prepare and consolidate the Business Activity Plans
Define, monitor, track, quality check and report all RKF Asset metrics/KPIs related to production performance, costs and schedule progress.
Identify and capture areas and actions for continuous improvement in partnership with Technical departments and Finance.
Support the elaboration of the RKF Asset management dossiers and present as required, supporting the approval in the committees/decision bodies, either for specific activities (new investments) or global (LTP / Budget).
Support the elaboration of CEPSA proposals to external parties (Joint Ventures, Technical Committees, Operating Committees or Board), which may require its presentation to them
Support, management and supervision of activities and work plans, budgets, work teams, etc. everything related to the field operation support.
Continuous improvement of plan delivery (learning loop)
Providing insights and recommendations for RKF Asset manager to support decision making
Know and comply with the guidelines, procedures and policies established by CEPSA.
Adherence to all Production Division processes & standards
Adherence to HSEQ Safety management systems
Ensure key project risks and HSE topics are captured in management dossiers

Required Competencies
Engineering degree or equivalent with 10+ years experience in O&G industry, with 3+ years experience in Planning & Performance Engineering.
Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams
Proven track record of internal and external stakeholder management
Proven track record for driving business through the RKF Assetrsuit of operational excellence
Proven track record for delivering projects to schedule
Demonstrated strong collaboration and conflict management skills are required
Excellent communication, teamwork, planning and organizational skills are required
Knowledge of all E&P disciplines and procedures is required. In depth understanding of disciplines & interactions through project lifecycle
Knowledge of automation and digitally enabled ways of working is preferred
