Requirement
Engineering Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering is required.
Minimum 10 years’ experience Completions, Well Intervention and Production, with at least 6 years’ experience with Well Integrity Management Systems.
Experience in Well Integrity, Well Integrity Management Systems (WIMS), Analysis of Wellhead inspection findings, Production operations, Well Intervention Services, Risk Assessment.
The candidate must be knowledgeable in good design (casing/tubing), wellhead and Xmas trees and Surface production assets.
Well integrity testing.
Experience with interpretation of cased hole production and diagnostic logs.
Must have strong teamwork skills, and it would be an advantage to have experience working in a multicultural environment.
Experience in onshore projects in the African region.
Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing, and planning skills.
Preference for candidates with bi-lingual capabilities, English and French. Arabic is highly considered.
Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization.
