Report toFunctional Line Manager (Subsurface Manager)
Key Accountabilities
Document control
· Coordinate with data owners to acquire technical data store and update data into the data base correctly and systematically.
· Register and or load technical data into data base through related software /workflow , manage document filling system effectively.
· Retrieve , transfer and export technical data to users as per user’s requirement
· Follow up and update data into the data base i.e. construction and production data in the daily , weekly, monthly basis also update well information regularly.
· Advise and assist users in using/working on data base system efficiently
· Set and monitor authorized access for each user in searching the information in the data base.
Data Management
· Helping rearrange data and back up data in share drive folder
· Upload all data
· Scan or copy some documents
Document management
· Preparing rearranging and correcting and filling all exploration report
· Printing out log/map and supporting documents
· Preparing and gathering subsurface data and sending out to HBR partner
· Translating documents (French-English and Arabic)
· Helping to prepare meeting documents minute of meeting and memoranda
Profile
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance and related fields
· At least 4 years relevant experience in oil and gas accounting, particularly project or drilling business for E&P operator
· Strong experience in accounting operation process, joint venture accounting, cost control activities for E&P industry.
· Knowledge of SAP application or ERP is an advantage
· Good command of written and spoken English, French literacy is an advantage
· Good team player & be flexible for working location i.e. either Algiers or Hassi Messaoud
· Good computer skills in standard software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
