Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document current business processes ("As-Is") where necessary.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and clarify business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Define and design future state processes ("To-Be") in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Produce clear and standardized process documentation in line with enterprise mapping methodologies.
  • Draft comprehensive Business Requirements and collaborate with functional analysts for system-related impacts.
  • Assist in test plan development and provide support to business teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Specific Skills

  • Workshop facilitation with business experts - Medior (3-5 years) - Must Have
  • Business analysis in Supply Chain projects - Medior (3-5 years) - Must Have
  • Process documentation in BPMN standard - Junior (1-2 years) - Nice to Have
  • RACI definition & formalization - Medior (3-5 years) - Nice to Have
  • Process modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio) - Nice to Have

General Requirements

  • French - Native or fluent level (C2) - Must Have
  • Valid Driver’s License - Must Have

Additional Information

  • Minimum on-site presence: 3 days per week in Liège.
  • Occasional travel to Ans and Flémalle operational sites.
  • No personal data processing involved (GDPR clause not applicable).
  • Candidate submissions must include a signed Right to Represent document via the MSP model.
