Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current business processes ("As-Is") where necessary.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and clarify business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Define and design future state processes ("To-Be") in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Produce clear and standardized process documentation in line with enterprise mapping methodologies.
- Draft comprehensive Business Requirements and collaborate with functional analysts for system-related impacts.
- Assist in test plan development and provide support to business teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Specific Skills
- Workshop facilitation with business experts - Medior (3-5 years) - Must Have
- Business analysis in Supply Chain projects - Medior (3-5 years) - Must Have
- Process documentation in BPMN standard - Junior (1-2 years) - Nice to Have
- RACI definition & formalization - Medior (3-5 years) - Nice to Have
- Process modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio) - Nice to Have
General Requirements
- French - Native or fluent level (C2) - Must Have
- Valid Driver’s License - Must Have
Additional Information
- Minimum on-site presence: 3 days per week in Liège.
- Occasional travel to Ans and Flémalle operational sites.
- No personal data processing involved (GDPR clause not applicable).
- Candidate submissions must include a signed Right to Represent document via the MSP model.
