CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL is accountable for the following activities:
Follow, monitor and supervise Structural activities carried out by EPC Contractor and Subcontractor/Vendors at the worksite and at SUBCTR’s facilities during the execution phases, ensure that his discipline’s contractual and technical requirements are duly applied by EPC Contractor and/or Subcontractors.
Ascertain that the facilities are built as per the project requirements; verify that EPC Contractor and Subcontractors are using latest AFC drawings, fabrication procedures and methodologies.
Reports on a day-to-day basis directly to Structure Superintendent.
Works alongside other Structural supervisors, and, as such, provides accurate progress and/or technical issues on daily basis.
Accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour about HSSE rules & requirements and ensures compliance with quality standards.

Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other COMPANY HSE procedures in all activities.
Carry out work in compliance with Company values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed Company priorities and objectives, Company standards and procedures and good industry practices.
Treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality.
During construction and pre-commissioning phases, the CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL shall:
Monitor and control the implementation on site of the approved drawings and plans, Surveillance plans, Inspection and test plans,
Monitor and control EPC Contractor’s daily / weekly progress report for structural prefabrication, assembly and erection,
Liaise with COMPANY QC team to ensure that the works are closely inspected by the EPC contractor’s QC inspection team (e.g. RT, UT, MPI, PMI, etc.).
Follow up on the implementation of decided action plans, or other mitigation plan issued,
Stop & report immediately to Structure Superintendent any anomaly or non-conformity,
Attend and participate when requested, to the various construction meetings, and provide support to the Structure Superintendent in its various reviews
Participate to construction, HSE or QAQC specific audits or visits; Provide regular inspection & activity reports.
Regularly monitor that scaffolding is adequate, propose, follow up site implementation of the changes agreed by COMPANY in order for safe and efficient work performance.
Ensure that EPC Contractor and SubContractor’s personnel are qualified for the task they’ve been assigned to.
Responsible for monitoring EPC Contractor’s tools, equipment & manpower resources are in accordance with approved mobilization plan and report to Structural Superintendent.
Assist reporting during all phases and more particularly the close-out report and lesson learn.
Ensure the correct implementation of the Permit to Work system.
If required by management, the Structural Supervisor will have to work during weekend and/or night shift during critical activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Have an Associate's or BS degree in a technical field or extensive oil & gas Construction experience.
Have strong working knowledge & experience of construction yard.
Professional Experience (number of years): 15.
Experience within project: (number of years): 10.
Structural experience is required on topsides EPCIC Project and practical knowledge of Oil & gas
Industry practices & applicable codes and standards such as AWS, API, ISO, ASTM, etc.
Conversant with General Arrangement & structural drawings including building marking plans.
Good leadership skills and good communication skills.
Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
Be skilled in using computer programs for word processing, database management, spreadsheets and e-mail communications. Familiar with PRODOM/MANASA a benefit
Mandatory language is English & Local language based on EPC location (Mandarin for WHP and CPP, Korean for CPP).
