Activities
- As a general manner, to provide assistance to the Project Management for all matters related to general administration, secretarial and related logistics matters for the project.
- To organize and follow up Project Management team agenda as requested.
- To type / register / manage outgoing correspondences or any paperwork for Project Management team as requested
- To manage and order necessary offices supplies
- To organize or give assistance for the organization of meetings and associated logistics (internal meetings / meetings with Partners / Contractors or special events)
- To receive / dispatch / register / manage information and correspondences
- To welcome and guide visitors
- To assist in the organization of the arrival of newcomers and departures (assignment of offices, IT and phone equipment…)
- To maintain Project Directory, schedule of absence / presence / missions and any other directory as necessary
- To organize travel arrangements for the Project team : organize missions, make sure all security rules are applied, perform booking as necessary and treat in a timely manner expenses statements of travellers
- To observe and impose strict confidentiality in the performance of the documentation management during the tendering phase and as a general manner all along the course of the Project.
- To gather ‘lessons learnt’ and provide feedback to other company's entities as required.
Context & Environment
- The GPI team oversees Ntokon and Ima projects, main drivers being to ensure a cohesive approach across both projects, to mutualize best practices, create synergies towards CAPEX reduction objectives.
- Both projects are innovation driven with Conductor Supported Platform and Zapock pipeline concepts to be rolledout and are developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus. Ntokon project is a development in OML102 block in Nigeria based on minimalistic wellhead platform tied-back to Ofon OFP2 CPP via 26km pipelines (1 multiphasic production line, 1 water injection line).
- FEED started in October 2024 for 5 months, FID is expected end Q2 2025 and first oil Q2 2027. Ima Project is a development in OML112/117 block in Nigeria based on minimalistic wellhead platform tied-back to BNAG CPF via 23km pipelines (15km offshore, 8km onshore).
- FEED starts in Q1 2025, FID is expected end Q4 2025 and first oil Q1 2028
