CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL is accountable for the following activities:
Compliance with the HSE instructions, rules and procedures in force for compliance with the HSE contractual clauses and other documents governing ties with the contractors
Assist COMPANY Preservation Lead in supervising Mechanical/Pipe preservation activities at EPC Contractor and /or Sub Contractor’s premises
Ensure EPC Contractor’s Preservation Procedures, Method of statements are approved and implemented at work site(s) as per COMPANY Technical Referential and applicable local and international codes
Anticipate and advise corrective measure with respect to Potential issues that may occur during the Project phase.
Ensure EPC Contractors resources, tools and equipment’s are adequate to achieve expected level of preservation requirements.
Ensure Preservation has been performed correctly and formally recorded into PCS system.
Monitor Preservation log sheets / records for Mechanical Equipment’s are maintained during each stage of the project
Monitor & Report associated key dates with respect to construction schedule meets project milestones
ACTIVITIES
Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other COMPANY HSE procedures in all activities,
Carry out work in compliance with COMPANY values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed NOC priorities and objectives, COMPANY standards and procedures and good industry practices,
Treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality,
Monitor Mechanical equipment’s storage (short / long term) and necessary preservations/ depreservations during Construction & Pre-comm phase.
Ensure relevant Preservation registers, logs, reports, Identification labeling are executed by EPC Contractor/Sub-Contractor
Organize regular meetings, follow up, site inspections are conducted with respective counterparts from EPC Contractor/Sub-Contractor
Ensure the Preservation related activities are prepared and tracked using PCS system Preservation record sheet.
Ensure Preservation history and records are made available at any time until the equipment is formally transferred
Ensure Lessons Learned on Preservations issues from Past Projects are taken into consideration for Project.
Coordinate any HSE concern or issue with HSE team, and to immediately report to Preservation
Lead and HSE team in case of any accident/incident happened
Promote alternative solutions to reduce and to optimize the activities.
Reports on a day-to-day basis directly to the Preservation Lead.
Carry out any other duty or task that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering,
Professional Experience in the offshore oil & gas project (number of years): 10
Experience within project: (number of years): 5.
Familiar with Total Energies General Specifications, EDMS (PRODOM/MANASA).
Construction, Pre-comm, Quality Inspection experience is required for projects.
Good knowledge on Various Preservation practices, Risk & Hazards associated and mitigation measures.
A good knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry Standards and International codes/standards related to Piping and associated component’s
Good leadership skills and good communication skills.
Good reporting skills,
Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
Be skilled in using computer programs for word processing, database management, spreadsheets and e-mail communications.
Mandatory language is English & Local language based on EPC location (Mandarin for WHP and CPP, Korean for CPP)
