Activities

1. Engineering Coordination

• Oversee and coordinate all activities related to Structural Engineering, ensuring compliance with the Statement of Requirements.

• Act as the COMPANY Technical Authority for structural disciplines.

2. Design Supervision

• Guide design decisions for constructability, operability, and flexibility of the facilities.

• Supervise subcontracted studies and coordinate with Headquarters specialists as needed.

3. Documentation and Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to COMPANY rules, specifications, and international standards.

• Review and validate contractor deliverables, technical deviations, and documentation.

4. Interface Management

• Actively manage technical interfaces with other disciplines (Process, Safety, Rotating, Electrical, etc.).

• Participate in HAZID and Project Reviews (PR) sessions.

5. Quality Assurance

• Supervise the preparation and execution of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and FATs.

• Ensure completeness of final documentation for handover to operations.

6. Vendor Coordination

• Provide support and liaise with vendors for technical evaluation and LLIs.

7. Knowledge Transfer

• Capture lessons learned (REX) throughout the FEED phase and promote personnel skill improvement.

• Encourage knowledge transfer to the operations team.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Education Chartered Structural Engineer or equivalent.

• Languages Fluent in English (mandatory).

• Professional Experience

• 10-15 years in the Oil & Gas industry or construction field.

• +10 years in a similar position.
