Coordinate and manage the assigned responsibilities/packages in a specified Project to deliver high value, quality and a timely project as required within the organization through.
Act as integrator within E&P supporting the Engineering Manager for the assigned Project to ensure that it is delivered in a cross-discipline, integrated manner.

Responsible for helping develop and assure the robustness of the integrated Basis of Design and Project Statement of Requirements.
Responsible for helping develop the Project Execution Plan (PEP) definition and integration.
Responsible for helping coordinate the transition and handover, when agreed, from E&P to Corporate Technology for any surface-based execution, including the provision of the final Statement of Requirements, Basis of Design and Project Execution Plan.
Liaise and integrate different project disciplines (subsurface, wells, surface, operations…) ensuring the consistency of the project deliverables
Identification of any E&P Investment Risk, develop mitigation plans and implementation/execution of any mitigation actions
Supervise the assigned SOW execution activities.
Accountable for
Supporting the delivery of an integrated project for Client E&P.
Safe execution of work in Facilities Engineering for the Project
Delivery of technical output focused on safety and risk management in design, technical correctness, quality and schedule.
Delivery of technical documents against standards
Adherence to appropriate engineering and technical processes
Related reporting and implementation of technical lessons learnt
Identification of any Engineering Risk and implement/execute of any mitigation actions
Clear and managed transition and handover of Projects as required
Deliver the assigned SOW in time and budget.

Required Competencies
Technical degree 5-7+ years experience in O&G projects
Knowledge of E&P business is essential.
Proven track record of working with engineering standards and their implementation in the project technical delivery
Proven track record of working within projects and supporting the delivery to schedule
Proven track record of working with and motivating people
Demonstrated strong collaboration and integration skills are required
Excellent communication skills are required
Knowledge of field production operations is preferred
Experience working across the various stages of a project, preferably E&P projects lifecycle
