Our client, a leading organization in the Oil & Gas Downstream sector, is seeking skilled Insulators / Lagging Technicians to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain insulation and lagging systems on a variety of equipment and piping.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on insulation and lagging to ensure operational integrity.
- Fabricate and erect insulating cladding, including sheet metal work as required.
- Ensure all tasks are executed in full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support plant reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Time-served craftsman with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in:
- Sheet metal work and fabrication
- Installation and erection of insulating cladding
- Selection and application of lagging materials in industrial environments
- Proven experience working within a refinery or petrochemical plant setting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of insulation materials, safety practices, and quality standards in industrial insulation.
