Ensures all relevant activities are performed in accordance with the relevant HSE permits.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT:
Adheres to project development and execution schedule, budget plans, specifications, staffing requirements and allocation of resources during its various phases. Coordinates daily with all relevant disciplines within the project to ensure progression as per planning and budget.
Proposes solutions to the Project Director to mitigate any QHSE impact on the proper development of the project and/or new QHSE technologies to improve project’s performance.
Drives or actively participates in all meetings and instances related to the project: committees, reviews, presentations, meetings, etc.
Ensures project QHSE compliance in the design phase and overall project technical QHSE performances.
HSE OPERATIONAL ASPECTS:
Defines and develops the HSE Management System and ensures sound implementation and review. Ensures all critical HSE documentation, such as bridging documents, SIMOPs dossiers, etc. is available and applied to.
Translates the project’s requirements into a HSE Plan. Defines HSE objectives and KPIs, tracks progress and reviews.
Drives HSE awareness and promotes HSE culture among to all personnel and contractors involved in the project.
Identifies HSE hazards and manages HSE risks and impacts and the relevant preventive, corrective and contingent actions. Ensures HSE studies, assessments, emergency response plans, etc. are produced, implemented and followed-up.
Defines HSE input data and appendixes as well as HSE criteria for tenders. Manages HSE pre-qualification evaluation, and selection of CTRs.
Coordinates HSE inspections, audits and checks. Participates or drives HSE investigations and ensures implementation of corrective actions.
