- Candidates must have hands-on experience in horizontal multi-stage hydraulic fracturing operations, including equipment verification, quality control, pre-tests for equipment, proppants, calibration, etc.
- Good experience on CT operations, experience on post-frac cleanup, plug setting and milling, abrasive perforation operations are essential.
- Good experience on well testing and post frac clean up operations.
- Strong understanding of perforation processes, slickline, and wireline operations is required.
- Proven ability to manage and lead on-site crews effectively, clear communication and task coordination.
- Demonstrated adherence to high Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, with experience in implementing safety protocols in the field.
- Candidates should be adaptable and capable of troubleshooting and decision-making in dynamic operational environments.
