General Description:
• Coordintor Arret will be in charge of: o Inspection and testing pressure’s equipment o Performing maintenance work o Execution of opportunity work o Coordination of activities with other entities
Responsabilities:
- Collection of all inspection lists, Tests, Maintenance and opportunity work planned during shutdown at the level of structures and professions
- Analyses and studies the global shutdown file of the client production center.
- Identify all necessary means.
- Draws up a first draft in collaboration with Method departments «Stop/ shutdown "Planning"
- Elaborate with the assistance of the CODMNl, a general stop specification.
- Establishes an initial stop specification
- Prepares the RPS and the associated job descriptions for the mobilization of the Stop team if necessary
- Assists the CDDMN for the Stop budget estimate.
- Draws up, in collaboration with the services of the Maintenance department, calls for tenders for the technical part, work services and requisitions.
- Establishes, in collaboration with the services of the Maintenance department, the lists of service providers to be consulted for the different types of services.
- Establishes in collaboration with the services of the Maintenance department the unique list of works.
- Completes the overall shutdown file (missing equipment, different techniques, etc.).
- Prepares the technical files for the equipment (work pack)
- Prepares lists of requirements for logistics (Utilities needed on site, accommodation, catering and handling means, lifting, rubbish collection, etc.).
- Coordinates and supervises operations.
- Ensures the synchronization of multi-provider activities under trades.
- Ensures the reporting of shutdown/ stop activities.
- Ensures the reintegration of the turntables, specific tools, etc. into the containers after all the equipment has been located.
- Fence or have fenced all work permits, ODMs in compliance with the client rules (ODMs only closed if report is made).
- Updates the GMAO
- Updates the global Stop folder
- Drawing up a summary report for the shutdown
- Prepares, organizes and presents at an end-of-site meeting a report on the shutdown (HSE, risks, areas for improvement, etc.)
- Establishes the service provider's score, quantifies the overrun of deadlines and prepares the regularization documents.
Work experience requirements:
• Engineer diploma
• Approximately 15 years of professional experience as a leader in major refinery shutdowns or oil and gas facilities. Knowledge of petroleum and/ or gas practices and risks.
• Mastery of the general shutdown process, from the preparation phase to the execution and return phase of the installations.
• Mastery of interventions on large production units (Large number of PSEs, high economic stakes, etc). Knowledge of production issues.
• Experience in managing large teams of different companies.
• Knowledge and practice of standard office automation software.
• Current practice of English and French {Read and spoken)
