Responsibilities
● Contractual and commercial management of subcontracts in the field of construction/civil engineering works, mechanical works (piping installations, erection of steel structures, equipment installations, insulation of piping and equipment, painting), electrical and instrumentation works.
● Prevention and management of complaints.
● Filing of all correspondence and weekly meetings with each subcontractor,
● Change order management: Assessment, negotiation and formalisation of all changes/additional work orders on site.
● Reporting on site related costs.
● Weekly progress measurement and approval of monthly progress payment.
● Quantity tracking, re-measurement tracking.
● Subcontract closure, including quantities constructed.
