SCOPE OF SERVICE

• Witness and/or verify all Telecom system completion activities performed by the Construction

Contractor including approval of punch lists.

• Review the preparation of installation, pre-commissioning/commissioning procedures and

reporting tools prepared by contractors. Items such as but not limited PAGA, LAN/Telephone

Equipment, UHF/ VHF Radios, CCTV, SART, IMMARSAT will all be part of the Telecom scope.

• Supervise RFID register and site inspection.

• Sssist his discipline leader to follow closely the commissioning of systems/subsystems assigned in

accordance with the commissioning procedures and commissioning and start-up schedule,

coordinating the various disciplines, and ensuring all disciplines reach assigned targets as per

system completion schedule.

• Compile relevant documentation to support handover and acceptance of systems to Operations.

• Ensure that the Telecom content of the dossiers is accurate and complete before they are accepted

from construction, commissioning and before approval by operations department.

• Supervise Telecom system activities (SAT, FTS, OTPs) performed by the EPC Commissioning

Contractor including approval of punch lists

ACTIVITY

• Ensure proper implementation of all telecom requirement

• Promotes safety within the phase activities and verifies that safety procedures are implemented

and followed by EPC CONTRACTOR and COMPANY.

• Ensure that the Telecom pre-commissioning and commissioning spare parts, consumables

equipment, special tools, etc are sufficient and available in time.

• Follow the contractor ’s/ Vendor Telecom Pre-commissioning commissioning activities using the

OPERCOM® Methodology and ICAPS© (Integrated Commissioning And Progress System) software.

• Follow the execution of Telecom activities to achieve Project schedule completion target.

• Supervise the reporting of telecom execution, during different Phases, to ensure that all technical,

contractual information are properly recorded, collected and available for inspection/reference as

required by law regulations and EPC COMPANY policies.

• Control and follow-up on red line mark-up drawings.

• Follow-up on EPC VENDORS activities scope of work activities such as: SAT, OTPs, documents

update, Closing of Punch list, reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Qualification: HND in Science or equivalent in engineering,

• Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry with minimum of 3 years’

experience in Supervisor Telecom role

• Good communication skills,

• Experienced with NOC Standards (Total General Specifications) , OPERCOM/ ICAPS, and relevant

codes and standards.

• COMPEX Certification

• Computer literate,

• Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,

• Mandatory language is English & Local language based on EPC location (Mandarin for WHP and CPP, Korean for CPP)

• H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings .
