Commissioning – Team Leader on operational regimes

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and oversight on the operational regimes of the nuclear power plant.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize plant performance.
• Collaborate with Rosatom, Nuvia, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of operational regimes with overall plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and international and local regulations related to operational regimes.
• Conduct detailed analyses to monitor and improve operational performance.
• Provide training and mentorship to local staff on best practices in operational regimes.
• Prepare and present technical reports and documentation on operational activities and performance.

Requirements

• Nuclear Power Plant Expertise Proven expertise in operational regimes for nuclear power plants is essential.
• Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing operational regimes for nuclear power plants or similar projects.
• Long Term Contract Initial contract of one year, renewable.
• Employment Conditions and Rights In accordance with Turkish Labour Law.

Qualifications

• Degree in nuclear engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in developing and managing operational strategies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of nuclear safety standards and regulations related to operational regimes.
• Ability to work effectively with multinational teams.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Turkish is an asset.
