Commissioning – Team leader on mechanical technology (BOP)

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and oversight on the mechanical systems within the Balance of Plant (BOP) scope.
• Develop and implement mechanical strategies to optimize plant performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Rosatom, Nuvia, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly with overall plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and international and local regulations related to mechanical technology.
• Conduct detailed analyses and troubleshooting of mechanical systems to enhance operational performance.
• Provide training and mentorship to local staff on best practices in mechanical technology and maintenance.
• Prepare and present technical reports and documentation on mechanical system performance and activities.

Requirements

• Nuclear Power Plant Expertise Proven expertise in mechanical technology for Balance of Plant (BOP) systems in nuclear power plants is essential.
• Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing mechanical systems for nuclear power plants or similar projects.
  
• Long Term Contract Initial contract of one year, renewable.
• Employment Conditions and Rights In accordance with Turkish Labour Law.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering, nuclear engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in developing and managing mechanical systems within the Balance of Plant (BOP).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of nuclear safety standards and regulations related to mechanical technology.
• Ability to work effectively with multinational teams.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Turkish is an asset.
