Position Building Assistant
Contract Duration 1 Year
Rotation 6 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
Working Hours 10 Hours per Day
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and supervision of daily building and site activities.
- Support construction, maintenance, and facility operations teams on site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are carried out according to project requirements and safety procedures.
- Assist with logistics, material handling, and equipment tracking.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to site activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and client representatives when required.
- Ensure housekeeping standards and site organization are maintained.
- Support compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and company procedures.
- Participate in inspections, site walkthroughs, and progress meetings.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the site management team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in construction, building operations, or industrial projects preferred.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools is an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Rotation schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
- 10-hour working days.
- Site-based position in an industrial or construction environment.
