Biogaz Senior Business Project Manager and Partnership Development

Missions/Service Dimensions

The expert will work closely with our internal team and our various partners.

• Partnership management: Work with our international partnerships manager to manage and develop our relationships with partners. Organize steering committees and presentation support.
• FID preparation: Help prepare projects for FID in 2024. This may include coordinating with stakeholders, preparing the necessary documentation, and ensuring that all criteria are met.
• Project monitoring: Ensure regular monitoring of projects to ensure they are progressing as planned. This may include updating project plans, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving any problems that may arise.
• Project reporting: Prepare regular reports on the status of projects to inform stakeholders of their progress.
• Organization and management of the cross-functional relationship between subsidiaries and head office: Help organize and maintain the cross-functional relationship between subsidiaries and head office with local partnership managers. This includes organizing exchange committees, setting up document templates, and supporting country managers on projects with international partners locally.
• Partnership strategy: analyze the market and define a strategy for developing new partners to secure biogas production projects (focus on feedstock).

• Steering committees and presentation materials: Documents and presentations prepared for partnership management meetings.
• FID documentation: Set of documents required to obtain the FID in 2024.
• Project plan updates: Regularly updated documents showing project progress.

• Document templates for cross-functional relations: Document templates used to facilitate communication between subsidiaries and headquarters and partners.
• New partner development strategy: A detailed report analyzing the market and defining the strategy for attracting new partners.

• Expertise in the biogas sector is a plus
• Languages of service are English and French
