Contractor's Personnel is accountable for the following activities:
Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other Company HSE procedures in all activities
Carry out work in compliance with Company values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed Company priorities and objectives Company standards and procedures and good industry practices.
Provide technical advice on architectural works and participate in works requiring high level of skills.
Assess EPC Contractor’s architectural team members for their skills, competency, and qualification.
Monitor EPC Contractor’s daily and weekly work plans in accordance with the priorities & schedule.
Inform the CSR on specific areas where there is impact on construction schedule and propose mitigations.
Ensure EPC Contractors personnel have sufficient experience and manpower to carry out the daily activities safely and as per standard.
Accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour about HSSE rules & requirements and ensures compliance with quality standards.
Searches for the most efficient technical solutions.
Interface with other supervision personnel in the Projects team.
Activities
Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other Company HSE procedures in all activities.
Carry out work in compliance with Company values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed Company priorities and objectives, Company standards and procedures and good industry practices .
Ensure all works are prepared considering SIMOPS conditions when identified.
Responsible for the coordination, realization and follow up of architectural activities related to the project, including:
Follow-up EPC Contractor architectural works preparation
Follow the architectural construction activities, including pre-commissioning, as required.
Ensure completion of all the architectural construction and pre-commissioning activities to ensure an efficient hand over to Commissioning team
Assist Commissioning team when required
Liaise with EPC Contractors/Subcontractors for all architectural subjects.
Ensure the EPC Contractors/Subcontractors progress follow up and reporting.
Provide KPI’s information for the reporting to the Offshore Company Site representative.
Provide daily & weekly reporting of the offshore architectural construction activities
Participate to risk analysis as required for the good performance of the works.
Contribute to the engineering and procurement process by providing architectural construction inputs
Contribute to design checks for the constructability aspects, as well as the compliance to all technical requirements, of the deliverables provided by the Engineering Team
Participate to Risk Assessments when required.
Participate to kick off meetings and Pre-Job Meetings, pre-SIMOPS visits, etc. as required in accordance with Company's referential
Ensure Permit to Work preparation in due time with needed technical and HSE documentation, in line with Company standards.
Ensure the proper quality and traceability of the fabrication
Prepare technical query for onshore Engineering review while required
Participate to required offshore Technical Meetings (weekly and monthly) with EPC Contractors / Subcontractors.
Ensure with EPC Contractors/Subcontractors that all the as-built (RLMU) dossiers are properly managed by EPC Contractor.
Provide inputs to weekly reports to his hierarchical superior.
Participate to Lessons Learned for Company .
Carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by his hierarchical superiors into Company ’s organization
Review all drawings (AFC, Shop drawings, as built, etc). monitor delivery of architectural materials to SITE and participate in Inspection on Receipt if requested.
Review/Ensure all EPC Contractor materials are mobilize in accordance with execution schedule
Review all Brownfield fabrication activity performed at onshore to prepare WP/JC.
Coordinate and review all job cards and work pack preparation for architectural activities.
Ensure all site materials and loosed items required for offshore execution are properly captured.
Plan and prepare all site work activity to ensure that all offshore works are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
Review and check all to ensure that temporary construction equipment is ready for offshore work activity.
Review shutdown preparation tracker.
Review all constructability of activity to make safe operation and reduce offshore activities.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree /HND or equivalent in related field
Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas industry
Extensive knowledge of industry best practice in Project Management
Experience in offshore construction and hook-up activities under SIMOPS and Brownfield conditions is mandatory, EPC supervision on client side is preferable.
Available for technical missions worldwide,
Familiar with Company or Total General Specifications, MANASA, and relevant codes and standards,
Computer literate,
Good leadership skills and effective communication skills,
Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
Good analytical skills,
Mandatory language is English & Local language based on EPC location (Mandarin for WHP and CPP, Korean for CPP
