Mission

The Subcontracts Administration Engineer supports the Senior colleagues and the Responsible of the Function in the activities of reference pertaining to the administration of the subcontract, from award to close-out.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Following the guidelines of the Responsible, the Subcontracts Administration Engineer has the following main responsibilities:

• Gain a deep knowledge of the Subcontracts is involved in, and the relevant Annexes in order to properly manage risks and opportunities related to various subcontracts;

• Check in detail accounting submitted by Subcontractors for "unit prices Subcontracts"; in particular verify quantities (to be calculated in accordance with drawings issued for construction and accordance with Methods of Measurement defined in subcontract), verify correct application unit prices (to be accordance with contract price list, and subcontract requirements), verify correctness all calculations (arithmetic);

• Assist Subcontracts Administration Manager (SAM) evaluation verification extra works;

• Support SAM management subcontractor's correspondence, when necessary, interfacing with subcontracts administration contractual management group;

• Support SAM collecting analyzing information relevant performance subcontractor, order address potential issues;

• Assist SAM other subcontact administration activities required example support preparation meeting review content subcontractor's interim final progress payment certificate check availability integrity documents face final payment certificate etc.);

• Interface other site departments get necessary information example not limited information related progress project report control information face technical problems construction) manage properly all subcontacts;

• Expedite ensure timely receipt accounting other deliveries from subcontractors;

• Maintain proper filing all subcontacts accounting documents accordance relevant procedures.
