§ Engineering Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related subject. Advanced engineering degree is an advantage.
§ Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling engineering with reputable operators with ample international experience.
§ Must demonstrate experience in leading well and operation design for complex operations, such as: remote operations, exploration campaigns, HPHT, unconventionals, complex directional wells, etc.
§ Must demonstrate ability to influence and lead change in improving engineering and operational practices.
§ Strong knowledge of well design principles and international standards, such as: API, BS, Norsok,etc.
