Main duties & responsibilities
- Review and approve the Project Quality Plan for the three EPCs.
- Review and approve the QA/QC management system for the three EPCs.
- Align quality requirements for the three EPCs.
- Coordinates QA/QC engineers for the three EPCs having the same quality standards.
- Conduct scheduled audits.
- Ensure that EPC contractors and subcontractors deploy the necessary resources in quality, schedule and number to achieve the project goals.
- Analyse quality KPIs and advise potential changes of processes to improve.
- Establish in advance together with Construction,, commissioning and Operation readiness managers the quality must for proper completion and handover to property.
