Qualifications and skills

• University degree in engineering or related technical discipline relevant to the project components.
• Excellent knowledge of English language in a professional environment (working level).
• Knowledge of Arabic (spoken and written) would be a distinct advantage.

General professional experience

• Minimum 10 years professional experience in the water and wastewater sector, including at least 3 years as Project Manager.

Specific professional experience

• Experience in the management of water and wastewater projects/programmes.
• Experience of professional project management techniques an advantage.
• Relevant work experience outside home country and in the Middle East an advantage.
