- 3 days per week until 3 January 2026
- 4 days per week starting from 5 January 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure fabrication drawings, materials, specifications, and procedures meet project and client expectations.
- Provide technical support during fabrication, welding, NDT (non-destructive testing), coating, and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) activities.
- Monitor fabrication progress using tools such as S-curves and report any risks or delays.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with applicable standards and codes (e.g., API, DNV, ASME, ISO).
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to resolve technical issues during fabrication.
- Coordinate material control, traceability, and certification for all subsea components.
- Promote and support HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) objectives by encouraging safe work practices.
- Prepare status reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in structural and piping fabrication within subsea or oil & gas projects.
- Proven experience working with fabrication yards and subcontractors.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools and systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
